Lemon Marinated Beef Sirloin Steak

1 lb beef sirloin steak; cut 2-2.5in thick
1 tsp lemon peel; finely shredded
2 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs oil
2 Tbs scallion; sliced
4 tsp sugar or artificial sweetener

Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

1 head (1.5 lb) cauliflower chopped
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper; to taste
Add cauliflower to boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes, or until tender. Mash lightly in colander until excess water is removed.
Using a mixer or potato-masher, mash in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and serve.
