Awesome BBQ Pulled Pork

3/4 cup pork rub
1 quart Vinegar-BBQ Mopping Sauce
Rub the pork shoulder all over with the pork rub. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Vinegar-BBQ Mopping Sauce

3 cups cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons dried oregano
